Fading Magic continues the story of Oakheart Greenbow, the tenth generation heir of A Garden Legacy. You can read that legacy story if you want to learn more of Oakheart's past, but it isn't necessary in order to enjoy Fading Magic.
Fading Magic is not a legacy. It is a combination of two intriguing challenges that I've had my eye on for a long time. The first is Buckeygirl's Six Degrees of Separation Challenge. The second is loosely based off the Tribal Challenge from the Mod the Sims forum. The world I used is the original Coconut Island.
